Dear Sisters, Friends, and Visitors,
Welcome to the official website of THE MOLES, a national organization rooted in joy, resilience, and the unshakable power of sisterhood. For 75 years, we have stood as a testament to what happens when women come together, not just to serve, but to celebrate one another.

What began in 1950 as a simple evening of fellowship among four friends in Norfolk, Virginia, has blossomed into a vibrant network of thirty-five chapters that spread from the east coast to the Midwest, dipping into our southern states and as far west as Texas. Our nearly one-thousand members, predominantly African American professional women, carry forward a legacy that is both joyful and profound...
